To all Members of District 69
The second Electronic Council Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 31st from 2.00pm.
All members of District 69 are entitled to attend.
‘Motions on Notice’ are to be submitted by the 10th March to District Administration Manager Sue Pinker at admin@toastmastersd69.org
Non-voting delegates have been assigned a zoom connection to allow them to attend the meeting. If you are a non-voting delegate and wish to attend please follow the link below to join the meeting at the correct time. The meeting room will be open 30 mins beforehand to allow members to join.

I would like to obtain a copy of the D69 insurance policy. The information we have been sent about it says a copy of the whole policy should be obtained. Can I get a copy from D69 or should I enquirer with the insurer.?
As this is for a matter I would like to put on the agenda for the D69 meeting, so an early reply directly to me would be appreciated.
