Join us for the Metro Division Club Officer Training (COT), bringing together club leaders from across Brisbane and Moreton Divisions for an engaging and practical training program designed to set clubs up for success in the 2026–2027 Toastmasters year.

Whether you are serving as President, Vice President Education, Vice President Membership, Vice President Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer or Sergeant at Arms, this training will provide you with the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to lead a strong and successful club.

Delivered over two interactive sessions, participants will learn about club leadership responsibilities, membership growth, quality meetings, Pathways, club administration, Distinguished Club Program goals, and strategies for building a positive and supportive club culture.

The training will also provide opportunities to connect with fellow club officers, share ideas and learn from experienced Toastmasters leaders from across the Metro Division.

All club officers are encouraged to attend both sessions to gain the full benefit of the program and ensure their club is well positioned for a successful year ahead.
