Notice of Meeting: District Council Meeting (DCM) on Sunday 28 September 2025

Notice is hereby given of the District Council Meeting which will be held at 2pm on Sunday 28 September 2025 via Zoom.

Voting members include Top Table, Division Directors, Area Directors, Club Presidents, Club Vice President Education.

(But anyone can and should come along to see what the District Team has been up to)

Apologies 

Apologies must be received in writing via email to the Admin Manager, no later than 5pm Friday 26th September. Please ensure you send any official administration emails to the Admin Manager’s email address. admin@toastmastersd69.org

Please note apologies will not be recorded on the day of the meeting or after 26th September. (Apologies are for voting members only)

Town Hall/Forum

There will be a Town Hall / Forum on Sunday 21st September  to discuss any issues before the District Council meeting.

Please drop in and discuss any of the documentation, or just have a chat with the trio.

Motions on Notice or Questions for the Council

Following the Town Hall / Forum, if you have any motions on notice or questions that you would like to be reviewed for consideration at the DCM on 28th September, please send them to Parliamentarian , Adrian Pavone parliamentarian@toastmastersd69.org no later than 6pm Monday 22nd September.
