We’ll be running Showcase Sprint from early November, with the final debriefing call in late February 2026. This is a proven 5-session program developed by District 69’s current and former Toastmaster of the Year, Thomas Krafft and Kate Norris, which steps you through how to host a successful open house/demonstration meeting.

The timing of this program ensures your club can prepare before the Christmas break and then capture the attention of prospective guests in their “New Year’s resolution” mindset.

Sprint calls will run for 90-minutes, from 7.30-9.00pm on the following Sunday nights:

• Call 1: Sunday, 9 November 2025
• Call 2: Sunday, 23 November 2025
• Call 3: Sunday, 7 December 2025
• Call 4: Sunday 18 January 2026
• Demo meetings – run in Jan/early Feb
• Debrief Call 5: Sunday 22 February 2026
