On Saturday 19th May, The District held a planning day for the coming year.
The Division Directors joined the other leaders of the District for training and planning.
Incoming District Director Shane Cooper went over the concept of personality profiles and how each team member can interact with each other. He explained that by using a personality profile we can serve the members better as we will all know how to communicate effectively.
Shane spoke about the leadership skills of active listening, communication, problem solving, decision making and how they all connect to team development and quality standards which all leads to motivation strategy.
This year the team of leaders have all the bases covered in regards to serving the members. It is great to start the year strong and work strong together as a team.
