The Club Marketing Edge Webinars

The Club Marketing Edge is a free monthly webinar series designed to help Toastmasters clubs across District 69 improve their communication, promotion and member outreach. Created for VPPRs and anyone interested in club growth, each session offers practical tips, expert insights and live Q&A to help clubs of all kinds (metro, regional, online and corporate) grow and thrive.

• Network and share ideas in a friendly forum

Each 1-hour session will run from 7.30-8.30pm AEST, and will follow a simple format:

• 20-minute Marketing Masterclass – a focused lesson or strategy you can take back to your club
• 10-minute Targeted Q&A – to clarify any points from the presentation
• 30-minute Open Q&A – your chance to ask any club marketing question, or share a challenge you’re facing – then we can workshop it together

From social media tips and website ideas, to event promotions, email campaigns and guest sign-ups, each session will be packed with tools that clubs can apply right away.

Sessions will also be recorded and published on links from this page (together with a summary of key takeaways and any resources that we referenced), making it all available on-demand for anyone who cannot attend live.

Showcase Sprint – is running again!

We’ll be running Showcase Sprint Round II from 15 March 2026. This is a separate, but proven 5-session program which steps you through how to host a successful open house/demonstration meeting. The timing of this program aims to help clubs who may need to boost member numbers after March renewals.

Sprint calls will run for 90-minutes, from 7.30-9.00pm (AEST) on Sunday nights (that do not clash with The Club Marketing Edge Webinar dates).
