Let’s celebrate the clubs that are leading the way in promoting Toastmasters across District 69.

The District 69 Marketing Awards recognise clubs that are not only active in their marketing, but intentional, consistent and effective in how they attract guests, build awareness and showcase the value of Toastmasters in their communities.

Winners will be announced at the District 69 Conference in Stanthorpe on 2-3 May 2026.

Best Club Newsletter

Recognising clubs that use email communication to engage, inform and retain members while reinforcing a strong club culture.

Criteria:

  • Clear, consistent communication that adds value to members and prospective guests
  • Strong structure and readability, with a defined purpose for each edition
  • Evidence of engagement or impact, such as promoting meetings, events or member achievements

Best Club Website

Recognising clubs that have created a clear, welcoming and effective online “front door” for prospective members.

Criteria:

  • Clear and compelling messaging for guests, including what to expect and how to attend
  • Up-to-date, accurate and easy-to-navigate content
  • Strong calls to action that make it simple for visitors to take the next step

Best Social Media Campaign

Recognising clubs that have used social media intentionally to promote their club, attract guests and build visibility in their local community.

Criteria:

  • Consistent and purposeful content aligned to promoting meetings, events or member stories
  • Clear audience focus and messaging that reflects the value of Toastmasters
  • Evidence of reach, engagement or guest enquiries generated through social channels

Best Overall Website and Social Media Campaign

Recognising clubs that demonstrate a cohesive and strategic digital presence across both website and social media channels.

This award highlights clubs that bring everything together into a consistent, integrated approach to digital marketing.

Criteria:

  • Alignment and consistency across website and social media platforms
  • Clear digital journey from awareness through to guest attendance or enquiry
  • Evidence of sustained effort and measurable impact across multiple channels

Submission Guidelines

  • Open to all District 69 clubs
  • Submissions should include relevant links, screenshots or supporting examples
  • Briefly outline your objectives, approach and results
