Dare to Speak

Area 24, Southern Division seeks involvement and support from anyone who can help coordinate Dare to Speak to promote and build Toastmasters. Samantha Castelijn, a member of Helensvale Daybreak, has taken on the challenge of coordinating this series of 10 workshops from October to November 2013, as part of her High Performance Leadership Project. Her success needs your help.

These workshops will take place at Helensvale and Nerang Libraries with 5 workshops in each library.  The workshops are scheduled for Tuesdays between 1pm and 3pm. Gold Coast City Council is promoting the workshops. The audience will be made up of members of the public and some senior school students.

Dare to Speak is an opportunity for all Toastmasters, experienced or novices to complete speeches, training sessions and/or evaluations in front of members of the general public. It is also an opportunity for every Toastmasters Club to promote the Club and attract new members. Be sure to bring flyers about your Club, when you attend.

Her success is our success. We look forward to meeting you at one or more, of Dare to Speak 2103 series of workshops.
