Club Leader Training
June Training
- Give every President an Executive team with a solid understanding of their position from day one of their term.
- Give the new Executive confidence in their roles at an early stage, and to have a thorough understanding of their responsibilities, before they run for the position.
- Encourage members in Executive positions to work as a team with their counterparts in other clubs in their geographic areas and come up with solutions for common challenges.
- Give a better education and entertaining experience for our members and guests at meetings.
- Respect the time (or lack of time available) of Executives and members, enabling them to complete educational tasks in a time frame that suits them.
December Training
- Consolidate the understanding of the Executive team’s positions.
- Troubleshoot problems and learn form the experiences of others in similar Executive positions.
- Look ahead to the next Toastmasters’ year, encouraging other members to consider a role on the next Executive team.
- Encourage senior members to look beyond their Club to other more challenging roles offered by Toastmasters at District and even International level.
These are the ongoing challenges faced by the TLI Team who, in conjunction with their Division Governor, will address any special needs for training in their particular area together with the necessary Club Officer Training.
