Please make sure that no mail is sent to the old Post Office Box it would be a shame if your order and cheque were left sitting in that Box unclaimed








D69 kindly gave me information to do payment by direct deposit.
I did this last month and am still awaiting arrival of badge or some explanation as to when I should expect the item.
I have tried to make contact by e-mail several times since but alas no response.
Is there a problem that you know of.

My experience has been that the service is prompt and reliable. The Badge Order Form (under ‘Reports and Forms’) has a phone number on it. Maybe you could give that a ring and see if you can get some response that way.
Please let me know if you do not have any success after phoning them.
