Competent Communicator

The Competent Communication manual develops skills needed to prepare and present an effective speech.
The manual comprises 10 speech projects, each with its own focus and objectives. These speech projects provide a set of guidelines to follow, and place no restriction on speech topics.

Parliamentary Procedure

Provides basic skills to effectively lead and participate in meetings through an understanding of Meeting Procedure. This program is only suitable for the Clubs as it is based on Robert’s Rules of Order. A CD containing an equivalent program based on Renton’s Guide for Meetings is available from District 70 Supplies.
